1. General Policy
All website setup fees are non-refundable, as work begins immediately after payment.
2. Monthly Maintenance Fees
Monthly maintenance fees (50€/month) are non-refundable once paid.
3. Annual Maintenance Fees
Annual maintenance payments (500€/year) are refundable only within 7 days of purchase, provided no maintenance work has been performed during that time.
4. Project Cancellations
If a project is canceled after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work.
