What happens if my site gets hacked?
Your website is 100% secure on our end, and we follow best practices for code security and setup. However, we are not responsible for breaches caused on the customer’s side, such as weak or stolen passwords, infected computers, or unauthorized access by third parties.
  • If you are on our maintenance plan, we will handle recovery, updates, and extra protection at no additional cost.
  • If you are not on maintenance, we can assist with recovery for an additional fee.
