How much does a website cost with Axendra Software?
The price of our service highly depends on the scope of the project, for that reason we cannot give a fixed price. For price inquiries please contact us.

Yes, for projects above C$500 we can arrange split payments (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on delivery).

No. All costs are transparent. The only optional fee is maintenance (C$50/month or C$480/year).

No. Your website is a one-time payment. Maintenance is optional.

Is maintenance required or optional?
Maintenance is optional. If you don’t get it, we’ll deliver your website and source code, but you will manage hosting, domain, updates, and security yourself. With maintenance, we handle all of that for you.

Yes, if you are on our maintenance plan. Backups are performed weekly or monthly depending on your plan.

What happens if my site gets hacked?
Your website is 100% secure on our end, and we follow best practices for code security and setup. However, we are not responsible for breaches caused on the customer’s side, such as weak or stolen passwords, infected computers, or unauthorized access by third parties.
- If you are on our maintenance plan, we will handle recovery, updates, and extra protection at no additional cost.
- If you are not on maintenance, we can assist with recovery for an additional fee.

Yes. Your website and source code remain yours. However, you will need to take care of hosting, domain renewals, updates, and security.

Yes. All invoices are issued in CAD, but your card/bank will convert automatically.

You can cancel anytime. Just contact us and we will process your request. Your plan will stay active until the end of the paid period.

No. Our pricing is final for businesses. Since this is a B2B service, taxes are not added separately.
